It may be fun, but first you have to find it. When we logged into the site we found ourselves literally wading through a sea of options to find what we thought was the main attraction. We were mistaken. Bingo almost takes a backseat here with all the different games and attractions offered to players. This strategy is in direct opposition to what you will find at almost all of Ladbrokes biggest rivals. We see it as an almost halfhearted approach. We can find most of these games anywhere, what we are after is a top quality Bingo option. It seems hard to believe that with all this on the table that they well be able to focus in on any of the little details that make a game great. We can't predict how a new player might react, but the set-up was not appealing to us.

Another thing that we found to be very unappealing was the lack of new player guides and overall help. When we are visiting a new site for the first time, we always like to stop by the new user section and see what they have to offer. It is very important to make these customers feel welcome if you want your site to become their new Bingo home. What we discovered did not meet expectations. In fact the guide on Bingo was positively worthless on all counts. The thing that really turned us off though was the fact that the "Help" page was unavailable at the time of our test. We are positive that this was a temporary problem and in fact has probably already been taken care of, but that didn't do us any good at the time. We know now that Ladbrokes does in fact supply an extensive network of support options to their customers available day or night. An odd side note; with everything they do offer, live chat is not among the choices. Strange part is that live chat is available to customers at Ladbrokes online casino. All in all having a working help desk is very important and for those who have questions a comprehensive user guide is very important. Marked improvement in these two areas would do quite a bit to help new users feel welcome and valued at Ladbrokes.

So we took a few minutes, did some yoga, and then dove right back into the games. We finally found something that met our full expectations. Ladbrokes really steps it up here and delivers on one fantastic game of Bingo. We were starting to be a little scared of what we might find, but it turned out that our fears were all for naught. The game is great, the chat is lively, and the CMs are just a wonderful bunch. When we looked into the overall number of people hanging out in the chat rooms we found a very healthy bunch. This improves the forecast for this site as it was just a few weeks old when we did our review. We really like anything that cuts down on paper work, and some times it is nice to have options.

With Ladbrokes Bingo you really have to look through the reality and see the potential of the site. They are still very new, and Bingo is a new game to them entirely. With the strong history and foundation in their land based clubs we know that they will be constantly working to update and improve this site. They do need to do the work though as right now they are well below the industry standards in several areas. The Bingo its self is good, and that's a good start, but a company like this needs to put in the time to make things great. We have every hope that they will and feel that this could be the place to be in the very near future.
