The reputation of GoldenPalace is something they take great pride in around there. They work very hard to ensure that they are much more than just another Bingo hall, but not in the way that you might expect. Their marketing guys have a lot of fun at work, thinking of new ways to keep the name GoldenPalace on the public's lips. One of their crowning achievements was when they convinced a grandmother and her two daughters to have the clubs logo tattooed right on their chests. Nice! We don't know about you, but this is definitely something we cannot see happening over at Mecca Bingo. And that my friends is precisely the point. GoldenPalace is dedicated to entertaining their customers and keeping things stirred up. Now we get to go in and figure out if the beauty is only skin deep.

One area that has been kept antic free from day one is the safety and security offered to GoldenPalace's players. The company has firmly locked all PR and marketing people out of this end of the building. They know that when you sign on to play for real money that there is some very sensitive information floating around. Information they have a responsibility to keep safe. One small miss here is that their software is does not support Mac users. This is a crucial requirement that should be pointed out from the very beginning. If you are a PC user you should have absolutely no problems installing and running the package. Once we got it all set up we really liked the interface, with its fun sounds and great look, it was easy to use and added to the whole experience. Players can choose their poison from two 75-ball halls and one 90-ball hall. No matter which you go for, this place is so busy you'll never be alone. Ticket prices are laid out in US dollars as GoldenPalace is a US company, but that should deter any player. Your account will always show your home currency.

With one of the best parts of Bingo always being the players, we are big fans of a good chat function. The chat rooms at GoldenPalace delivered on all counts. The CMs really know their stuff, and are very adept at all facets of their job. They take care of everything from hosting the very popular chat games to offering customer support. In this case we thought that the set up was a bit bulky with the chat opening in its own window. It feels nicer when everything is all one single piece. Above and beyond the chatting features, GoldenPalace keeps with the variety theme by giving players several options for when they find themselves between games. We had a great time trying all the instant win and slot games, and liked that they were delivered with the same flair as the main event.
