As you open the doors of Getminted and get your first good look at the site, you are met with a pleasant mix of colors and graphics. The navigation menu is easy to understand with well labeled buttons and links to all your favorite places. By not overwhelming you with animation, Getminted Bingo assures that users signing on with even the slowest connection will still connect with ease.

Even with that slow connection Getminted's help section states that your game will be ready to play in about two minutes. For dial-up that is a nice time that reflects the restrained use of graphics. While familiarizing yourself with your new surroundings stop by the "Get Started," section if you find you have any questions. We found it informative and easy to use. What we did not find was a good comprehensive guide to the game of Bingo. Up until now, Getminted has done a great job of keeping the customer in mind. They can't assume that all comers to their game will be Bingo veterans, a guide could prove very helpful.

One common factor across all sites is that registering is always sure to be a bore. Who wants to sit there entering personal info while their mind is firmly on a great game of Bingo? Your heart is just never in it. Just grit your teeth and get through because in this case the whole process turned out to be extremely fast. We also really liked the fact that players can choose what currency they want their account set up in. This is a very thoughtful feature that opens the game up to the world, literally.

While sign up was painless, the game play proved to be anything but. We don't mean that it was all bad, but let's just say that there is definite room for improvement. While we liked the style of the home page, we expected something a bit flashier for the actual game. Nothing crazy, but this is a game, and we want it to look like one. Getminted provides players with several side dishes to their Bingo, such as minigames and chat rooms, but they all lack a feeling of fun. Also as great as the navigation was in the beginning, it's like the designers were just in a hurry to be finished with this part. For example, there is a very tiny hard to see button that moves the player between different bingo games. It took us forever to even realize that button existed, much less find it. We had already tried to simply exit the game, but guess what? That button didn't work at all. Yes, there were many happy words being thrown around the office that day. If you are a new player, there is no real way for you to ease into the game here. Getminted does not offer a complete guide on the game, and they do not allow people to watch games in progress. The only thing you can do is buy a card and hope that you have the right idea. Cards may start at the very reasonable price of 10p but it is the principle of the thing. The reason all this stands out so starkly to us is that Getminted seemed so in tuned to their players needs in the beginning. Where did that site go?

Now was unquestionably the time to get in touch with customer service, needless to say we had a few questions. Our only mode of contact was e-mail because that is all that is available. Limited means or not, the answers we received were both professional and informative. Getminted is very good at what they offer; we just think they should offer a little more, like a telephone number. So this is when something kind of different happened. We were poking around the page trying to find all the ins and outs when we ended up at a new and different Getminted site. This was not a problem; we gave it a glance and then selected the link that should have taken us back. Only it didn't go back to Getminted Bingo, it went to Foxy Bingo, Getminted's sister site. Were not sure why that happened, but if you figure it out, please let us know.

While Getminted is lacking in several areas, they manage to turn in a strong performance in one key thing, Bingo. Couple that fact with the efficient support, growing jackpots, and lucrative promotion structure offered here and you may have a winner after all.
