It's Time For Lunch! Easy Healthy Lunchtime Baguette

Gorgeous Chicken Baguette

Eating Time - As long as you want!
Increase the number of chicken fillets and the number of baguettes, if you want to make these for the family.
Serves 2


You will need a Griddle/Grill Skillet Pan


Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Chicken Fillets, sliced into strips, approx 1.5cm in width.
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Bag of Mixed Salad
  • Either 1 long baguette, or 2 half baguettes - the fresher the better!

How to make it:

  • Add a bit of olive oil to the pan and heat it.
  • Salt and Pepper the chicken
  • Cook the chicken on both sides, so both sides have the strip marks from the griddle pan - shouldn't take more than a few minutes on each side.
  • Cut the baguette in half, and spread mayonnaise on the bottom part of the baguette.
  • Layer the salad on the bottom half of the baguette
  • Add the freshly cooked chicken on top of the salad and add the top of the baguette.

Eat immediately - it looks fab and tastes even better! Enjoy x
