It's Time For Lunch! Easy Healthy Lunchtime Baguette
Gorgeous Chicken Baguette

Increase the number of chicken fillets and the number of baguettes, if you want to make these for the family.
Serves 2
You will need a Griddle/Grill Skillet Pan
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- 2 Chicken Fillets, sliced into strips, approx 1.5cm in width.
- Salt and pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Bag of Mixed Salad
- Either 1 long baguette, or 2 half baguettes - the fresher the better!
How to make it:
- Add a bit of olive oil to the pan and heat it.
- Salt and Pepper the chicken
- Cook the chicken on both sides, so both sides have the strip marks from the griddle pan - shouldn't take more than a few minutes on each side.
- Cut the baguette in half, and spread mayonnaise on the bottom part of the baguette.
- Layer the salad on the bottom half of the baguette
- Add the freshly cooked chicken on top of the salad and add the top of the baguette.
Eat immediately - it looks fab and tastes even better! Enjoy x
