There are 2 plans to choose from, either you can get help with what you should eat, or you can eat what you want, but just keep an online diary.
- Your Personalised Meal Plan is based on 8 weight loss plans, for example, feel fuller plan, reduced fat plan etc.
- Food Diary Service - With this one you can eat what you want, but just keep in line with your personal goals.
It doesn't matter which one you sign-up for, cause you can change between the 2 whenever you want - phew! It looks like a good investment for me, so far, and the cost really made it worth giving a go, especially after my New Year's Resolution - which I've not stuck too :(
Extras include your own free body toning plan, you can take your diet out with you, via your mobile phone, and they even have a forum for support to discuss things, and make new friends. They also have a recipe club!
