The name Ladbrokes happens to be one that is rather common in the betting world of the UK. While the company does not operate any land based Bingo halls as do some of their larger rivals, they do happen to run just a few thousand real world betting halls. Just seeing this fact should make you feel a sense of ease. This might be fine for some people, but we are on a mission and hate to see our favorite game just lumped in with all the rest. It is though Bingo was just thrown in as an afterthought.

At this point we really wanted to be impressed. We had such high expectations for this site and so far it had not lived up to any of them. When we went to check out the new user information we discovered that we were just going to have to wait a little longer for that good first impression. There is no new user information to speak of. And what is there and dedicated to the Bingo is quite frankly worthless. What we really had a problem with though was that when we went to the help page to get some answers we found that the link did not work. No matter how many times we tried with several different computers all we got was an error message. So if you are a new player and there is no useful user guide and there is no help available and you have a valid question, what do you do now? Personally, we would leave. Ladbrokes needs to spend some time here reworking this section so that it is actually user friendly. The current set-up doesn't do very much to make us feel welcome. We later learned that they do offer an extensive customer support system that is available to players 24 hours a day. We just couldn't ever get to it.

We forced ourselves to get past all that and just focus on the games. Once we settled down we found that Ladbrokes does deliver a very solid game of Bingo. Games are starting all the time, so players will never be left waiting, and the presentation is crisp and fun. We found the chat portion of the entertainment to be really wonderful as well. The Ladbroke CMs are on top of their games and present a professional chipper front. They do a lot to make some semblance of order out of the fantastic chaos we found in the chat rooms. It was good to see the high traffic volume here given that the site has only been open about 30 days. Registration was quick and painless, and once completed your account is valid at any Ladbroke site. This is very handy for those of you who find yourself to be more of a game grazer than addicted to one brand.

As we finish our review we have to say that we really think the site you see today is like a first draft of what the future has to offer. Ladbrokes Bingo may be experiencing some growing pains now, but they will blossom. The Bingo its self is strong, and a lot or fun to play but there is a serious lack of personal touches. What makes a good Bingo hall great is the attention to all the little details so easy to overlook. Ladbrokes has an impeccable reputation in their field; this is just a new genre for them. It will be a great deal of fun to see what they grow into tomorrow.
