Blackpool Bingo

Who could not long for the biting wind and freezing rain synonymous with the lovely town of Blackpool? We could. As much as we enjoy the toasty warm Bingo halls in this great playground of the north, we were happy to be informed of their internet based gaming hall. We early logged waited to see if we would find a wonderful reflection of the Pleasure Beach town, or just an empty shell.

A wonderful company call Christchurch Casinos Ltd. owns the site, and it is actually operated out of the deliciously sunny Antigua. Now that's a nice trade. You get a warm sunny beach and a great game of Bingo, where's the downside? But the real winner here is the player as Christchurch brings with it the honour and integrity they are known for throughout the industry.

Logging onto a new site is kind of along the same lines of taking a trip and experiencing somewhere new for the first time. Blackpool Bingo is a treat for the eye, with fun glitzy graphics, though they remind us more of Vegas than the actual town of Blackpool. In fact other than the name, the site has very little reminiscent of the actual town. Navigation however is very well thought out and easy for even a first time user to operate. The new user information is particularly helpful and will have you on your way in no time flat.

Now, most online Bingo games are offered using streaming software that you do not have to download onto your personal computer. Blackpool did something a little different. They decided to go with Playtech software. While you do have to install Playtech, the steps are easy to follow and it makes for a much richer game in the long run. They were hard to follow, and we're not sure that we have a good grasp of what's required. But for the regular player, you can see that they are available, ready and waiting to fund some more good times.

Once in awhile everyone is going run into something they just can't do on their own. When this happens, customer service is there to help. Blackpool Bingo offers their support in three forms; e-mail, fax, and live chat. What we didn't find was a phone number. To us this is an important area that has been overlooked as a free phone call is often our desired means of communication. That being said, we took a stab at their model and found it to be efficient and helpful on all fronts. So if you can get past the whole phone thing, you're ready to go.

As far as online 90-ball Bingo goes, we predict that this hall will end up with its far share of fans. Yeah, it doesn't keep the whole "Blackpool" immersion thing going very well, but the site and the real place have one definite thing in common. They both deliver on one fantastic game of Bingo.
