If you are going to part with even a small portion of your hard earned money, you want to have some confidence in the company you're playing with. Labbrokes can offer you that comfort. Upon our entry to the site one fact really stood out. This site is not dedicated to the game of Bingo that we all know and love. Yes, Bingo is available, but it is in addition to any number of other games. Some players might find that they like the variety that this buffet of choices has to offer, but will it be a case of jack of all trades and master of none? Ladbrokes is going up against some rivals that focus on one thing and they do it very well. And as for us, we like to see the Bingo take centre stage, not be offered as a side dish.

Our experience didn't get any better as we went to check out the user guides. First we found that there is no user guide to speak of. This does nothing to make us feel welcome in this new environment and in fact makes us feel just more on the out skirts of things. We headed over to the help desks to try and get our questions answered at that point and found that is was out of order. No matter how many times we tried all we would get was "404 Error," jumping up on our screen. Now if we really were new players, at this point we would have just taken our business else where, but we stuck it out. We realize that a difficulty such as this does arise every now and then and the problem has probably already been fixed, but it is a huge problem any way you look at it. If there is no new player information and the help links are broken, where are you supposed to go from there? We found out that Customer Service is offered 24/7 and in several different formats, you just have to be able to get to it. Also we found it odd that at Ladbrokes Bingo live chat is not a current support option even though it is offered through their online casino.

Once we cleared our heads and just put it all behind us, we found that the actual Bingo is very nicely put together. The halls are always open and you are sure to find a lively energetic game any time you need one. Each game is complete with full chat functions that really do a lot for the game as a whole. We also really enjoyed interacting with the CMs. They proved to be friendly and engaging and did a nice job of moving everything right along. The chat rooms stayed busy while we were there which we took as a very good sign, especially given that we completed our review just one month after the site launched. Another nice feature is that once you go through registration, your account can be used at any Ladbrokes game. It makes it very nice not having to continually re-input all that information. If you are not a Bingo purist but prefer more variety, then this might be a set-up you find that you really enjoy.

When all was said and done Ladbroke Bingo still felt like a construction zone. Some parts were polished and complete, while others still felt like a draft copy. If you can wade through the mess and get to the Bingo you will have a good time. But the site is just not up to the level of their competition at this time. They lack all the little extras that really make a hall shine. They may need some work now, but check back in a few months. With a company like Ladbrokes at the drawing board we do not see them settling for second rate for very long.
